BB Glow (also known as ombre brows or shaded brows) is a semi-permanent makeup technique that uses a PMU machine with a shading needle to deposit pigment in tiny dots, creating a soft, powdered makeup effect. A topical numbing cream is applied for your comfort. Using a PMU machine with a fine shading needle, our artist builds the powdered effect layer by layer.
Your brows may appear darker initially — this is normal and will soften. The full result reveals after 4-6 weeks. A complimentary touch-up is scheduled.

This includes a thorough consultation to discuss your desired shape and shade, professional brow mapping to ensure perfect symmetry, application of topical numbing cream to ensure your comfort, and the BB Glow treatment itself. The actual pigment application takes about 1 to 1.5 hours, with the remaining time dedicated to consultation, mapping, and numbing. We never rush the process — every step is essential for beautiful, lasting results.
Most clients report little to no discomfort during the BB Glow procedure. Before the treatment begins, we apply a professional-grade topical numbing cream that desensitises the brow area. During the procedure, you may feel a light scratching or vibrating sensation but nothing sharp or painful. After the numbing sets in, many clients find the experience quite relaxing. We also check in with you regularly to ensure you remain comfortable throughout.
Aftercare is essential for achieving the best possible results with BB Glow. For the first 7-10 days, keep your brows dry — avoid direct water contact, steam, saunas, and heavy sweating. Apply the provided healing balm sparingly to keep the area moisturised. Do not pick, scratch, or peel any flaking pigment as this can cause patchy results.
