What Is a Chemical Peel?
A chemical peel in Dubai is a professional treatment in which an exfoliating solution is applied to the skin to remove dead cells and stimulate renewal. Depending on the type and strength, a peel can improve dullness, rough texture, clogged pores, post-acne marks, uneven tone and fine lines.
Peels differ mainly in depth. Superficial peels (for example with fruit acids) work on the very top layer and have little or no downtime. Medium-depth peels such as TCA-based ones go deeper and give stronger results, but usually come with visible peeling for several days. The right peel depends on your skin, your goals and how much downtime you can accept.

If a deeper medical peel is what you need, we will tell you honestly and refer you to a dermatologist.

Downtime Day by Day
Recovery depends on the depth of the peel. As a guide:
Slight redness for hours to a day; fine flaking for 1–2 days or none.
Mild redness for a day; light flaking for a few days.
Tightness, then visible peeling for about 5–7 days.
Skin looks fresher and more even; the effect builds over a course.
Course & Results
How Many Peels Do You Need?
Most concerns respond best to a course: typically 3–6 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart, depending on the peel. A single superficial peel gives glow; pigmentation and texture need repetition.
Results last as long as you protect them. Without SPF, sun undoes much of the work in a few weeks, especially on pigmentation.
Peels combine well with facials and other treatments, but not on the same day as microneedling or right before laser. We plan the sequence for you.

Sun is the biggest factor in how a peel heals and how long its results last. The cooler months, roughly from November to March, are the easiest time for a course; in summer we prefer gentler peels and strict SPF.
Freshly peeled skin can develop pigmentation if exposed to strong sun. Hat, sunglasses and SPF reapplied outdoors are part of the treatment.
