Description
Can be used to dilute pigment or as a rewetting agent. Universal pigment thinner is added to reduce the concentration of the dye, as well as for shadow effects on the eyebrows, lips and eyelids. Can be used in the manufacture of mixes.
Ingredients: Aqua, Glycerin, Isopropyl Alcohol, Hamamelis Virginiana Leaf Extract.
How to use: add desired amount of diluent to the pigment and mix thoroughly.
The expiration date is indicated on the label.
The opened pigment can be used within 12 months.
