Does not fade over time into unwanted blue. Designed for the make-up of inter-eyelash space and wings.

Universal color. Suitable for 99% of customers.

It is not recommended to use it in its pure form for clients with warm brown eyes.

Ingredients:  Aqua, Rosin, Glycerin, Isopropyl Alcohol, Hamamelis Virginiana Extract, CI#77266, CI#12315, CI#21108.
